Lucius is quite arrogant and has sociopath tendencies. Meaning, he can be absolutely charming one moment and completely dangerous the next without anything to spare in between. He shows no remorse for the killings he commits. It's merely a game to him. He enjoys toying with other people and causing grief; especially for his brother. He is very powerful around Staffordshire and usually gets what he wants. He has a very dark sense of humor and has been known to be quite blunt and sarcastic in public conversations, giving him a roughened reputation.

Lucius was born on August 18th, 1699. Just on the verge of the eighteenth century really. He grew up in London, England with his brother Vincent Salisbury. It would be nearly fifty years before the industrial revolution began . He was educated mostly by his father, Marcus Salisbury, to become a tradesman with his brother.His mother was a seamstress for a middle class family of eight. It only paid a little more than starvation's wages. But when he was seventeen, he met and fell in love with a girl named Mary Ellen Barber. She was a vampire. Nonetheless, his father wanted him to marry her because she was related to Royalty. Lucius never believed in such a thing as vampires until she turned him. She explained everything to him and he became angry with her because he wanted to stay human. In his anger, he killed her. It wasn't until after he told his brother what happened to her, did he find out that Mary turned Vincent as well. Since then, they went their separate ways. Lucius spent fifty-nine years in America before returning to London and he went to school at Cambridge.
